Granted Planning Q3 2022. Design for a single-storey residential extension and renovation of a period terraced cottage on a dense urban site in Drumcondra, Dublin 9.

Planning was required for normally exempted development due to the site's constraints. This cottage has been reinterpreted for contemporary living tailored to our clients' (and their cats') lifestyle by removing unoriginal extensions, reconfiguring the interior and adding a new butterfly roof extension, breathing new life into this home for its next hundred years.
